Our Approach

It’s never just stuff.

“That box in the garage is not junk. It’s your father’s tools. It’s the kids’ first bikes. Letting go of it, or finally organizing it, is emotional work, and we treat it that way.”

Most companies in this business talk about hauling and dumping. We think they are missing the entire point. The garage you can’t park in is rarely full of trash. It is full of personal things, things you love and cherish, things with memories attached, that slowly piled up until the whole room felt overwhelming.

That same feeling runs through almost every job we do. The closet you avoid opening. The kitchen that no longer works the way your life does. The estate of a parent, where every drawer holds a decision nobody wants to rush. Feeling overwhelmed by your own home is not a character flaw. It is what happens when life moves faster than the sorting.

So we work differently. We sort alongside you, patiently, without judgment. What you love gets a proper place. What you are ready to release gets donated, resold, or hauled with respect. What stays is arranged so the room works again, and so do you.

One

No judgment, ever

We have seen every version of the overwhelmed garage, closet, and spare room. There is nothing to be embarrassed about, and nobody on our crew will make you feel otherwise.

Two

You decide what stays

Every item is your call. We sort into keep, donate, and let go, and nothing crosses a line you have not drawn. Your pace sets the pace of the job.

Three

Kept things get honored

The goal is not an empty room. It is a room where the things you love are reachable, visible, and given a real place, so the space works for the life you live now.

We Hear You

The part nobody else says out loud

People rarely call us because of a pile. They call because of how the pile makes them feel. If any of this sounds familiar, you are exactly who we built this company for.

“I’m embarrassed for anyone to see it.”

Shame is the number one reason people wait. Months, sometimes years, of avoiding the call. Hear this first: we have seen every version of it, worse than yours, and we were glad they called too. Embarrassment is not a verdict on you. It is just what happens when life outruns the sorting.

“I’m afraid the crew will judge me.”

Nobody on our crew will. Not a look, not a comment, not a sigh at the door. Judgment is not part of the service, and it never will be. Our job is to help you move forward, not to grade how you got here.

“Every drawer feels like a decision I can’t make.”

That is decision fatigue, and it is real. Hundreds of small choices, each with a memory attached, until your brain simply stops. We break it into one item at a time, with rest built in, and we carry the physical weight while you make the calls.

“It was hers. I can’t just throw it away.”

Grief makes letting go feel like losing them twice. Whether it is a spouse’s closet or a parent’s whole house, we move at the family’s pace. Keepsakes are set aside with care, and nothing sentimental leaves without your clear say-so.

“I just feel stuck in this house, and in my life.”

Stuck is the word we hear most. After a divorce, a loss, a hard year, the home stops feeling like a home and starts feeling like a weight. Clearing the space is often the first move that makes every other move feel possible again.

“I don’t even know where to start.”

You don’t have to. Starting is our job. One corner, one category, one calm decision at a time, with a written plan and a written price before any work begins. You bring the feelings. We bring the system, the crew, and the truck.

Whatever season brought you here, downsizing, divorce, loss, or simply a busy life, there is a way through it, and you do not have to carry it alone.

Before & After

See what sorted feels like

Drag the handle. This is the moment every client talks about: the same room, the same beloved things, finally reachable again.

Who We Serve

From the hills to the everyday

The feelings are the same at every address. A multimillion dollar home in the hills can be just as stuck as a family home across town, and both deserve the same patience, privacy, and care.

A grand Las Vegas hills home living room with floor to ceiling glass, a white sectional, and a sunset view over the valley
The estate in the hills Whole home resets for large properties: staff coordination, total discretion, and rooms restored to the calm a home like this was built for. Nobody outside the crew ever needs to know we were there.

The everyday family home The garage that has not fit a car in years, the closet you apologize for, the kitchen that stopped working. The same crew, the same care, priced honestly from published minimums.
The Bigger Story

We come to organize your home. We’re really there to help you move forward.

You are living one life today. The life you want is on the other side of a home that feels heavy, and it is hard to let go emotionally, to grieve, to start over, to grow, when the space around you is stuck in the old chapter. Clear the space, and something in you clears with it.

People stand in a finished room and talk about the job they are finally going to apply for, the business they are finally going to start, the life they are finally ready for. The organizing is the doorway. What walks through it is the person.

That is the vision we are building toward: real transformations, in real Las Vegas homes, shared honestly so other people can see their own fresh start in them. Follow along as it grows.

How It Works

Gentle process. Real results.

No pressure, no rush, and no dumpster-first thinking. Here is exactly how a job with us unfolds.

1

Tell us what’s going on

Call, text, or send the estimate request form. Text us photos if you can. Tell us the story of the space if you want to; it genuinely helps us plan.

2

Book your on-site estimate

We come out, look at the space with you, and confirm your exact price in writing before any work starts. The on-site written estimate is $75, credited in full toward your project when you book within 30 days. The minimums are the floor each service starts at. No hourly meters ticking while you make emotional decisions.

3

We sort, together

Keep, donate, let go. You make every call, we do every bit of lifting and carrying. Cherished things are handled like they matter, because they do.

4

The reset

What stays gets a real home: zones, shelving, labels, flow. What you released is donated, resold, or hauled. You are left with a room that feels like a fresh start.

Pricing

Clear minimums. Exact price in writing.

Every service starts at a published minimum, and that minimum is the floor, not a teaser. Your exact price is confirmed in writing before any work starts, so you can make decisions about your things without watching a clock.

Questions

Asked with feeling

The practical answers, plus the ones people actually whisper to us on the day. Anything else, call or text 702-506-4119.

I’m attached to a lot of what’s in there. Will you make me throw things away?
Never. Every item is your decision, and nothing leaves your home without your say. Most garages and closets are not full of trash; they are full of things you love that lost their place. Our job is to give the keepers a real home and make letting go of the rest feel like your choice, because it is. If you are not ready to decide on something, it stays, organized, until you are.
Honestly, I’m embarrassed by the state of it. Is that normal?
Completely, and you are in good company. Embarrassment is the single biggest reason people put this call off, sometimes for years. Life piles up faster than anyone can sort it: moves, kids, parents, busy years, hard years. Judgment is not part of our service. We have seen it all, and we are genuinely glad you called.
What is the difference between garage and home organization?
They are two different jobs, so we run them as two services with their own pages. Garage organization is the big sort: a garage full of cherished, heavy, dust-covered life, sorted with you, then zoned, shelved, and binned so you can park inside again, $250 minimum. Home organization is interior and gentler: kitchens, closets, bedrooms, and pantries, organized around your daily routines, $200 minimum or $75 an hour with a 3-hour minimum. Plenty of homes book them together.
How do estate cleanouts work when the family is grieving?
Slowly, and on your schedule. We start with an on-site written estimate; the $75 estimate fee is credited in full toward your project when you book within 30 days. Estate cleanouts carry a $500 project minimum, and anything smaller is priced as a junk removal job. Then we sort with you or your family, setting aside keepsakes, photos, and paperwork, coordinating donations, and clearing the rest. The property is left broom-clean and ready for its next chapter. There is no deadline pressure from us, ever. More on the estate cleanouts page.
What is feng shui decluttering, really?
It is organizing with intention, and a psychology of its own. People usually call when they feel stuck: after a divorce, a loss, a hard season, or before a new chapter. For $150, a one-hour walkthrough looks at what is blocking the flow of each room, and you leave with a practical plan for clarity and a genuine fresh start. The full story is on the feng shui page.
How much does junk removal cost?
Junk removal has a $75 minimum. Bigger jobs are priced by how much space your items take in the truck, starting at that floor. We always confirm your exact price in writing before any work starts, starting with a $75 on-site written estimate that is credited in full toward your project when you book within 30 days. Text us photos at 702-506-4119 to book your estimate.
Why do you charge for estimates?
Because a real estimate takes real time: we drive out, walk the space with you, think through the sorting, and put an exact price in writing. The on-site written estimate is $75, and it is credited in full toward your project when you book within 30 days, so when you move forward, the estimate costs you nothing extra. The feng shui consult is different: at $150, that one-hour session is a paid service in itself, with a plan you keep either way.
What are your minimum prices?
Every service starts at a minimum, and that minimum is the floor: junk removal $75 minimum, estate cleanouts $500 project minimum (anything smaller is priced as a junk job), garage organization $250 minimum, home organization $200 minimum or $75 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, and a feng shui informed decluttering consult is $150 for a one-hour walkthrough. Project estimates are done on site for $75, credited in full toward your project when you book within 30 days, and your exact price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Do you donate or recycle what you haul?
Where it makes sense, yes. When you decide to let something go, usable furniture and goods are sorted for donation and resale, recyclables get recycled, and only what is truly done goes to the landfill. A lot of what leaves a home still has a life ahead of it, and we would rather it lived it.
How soon can you come out?
We book by appointment seven days a week. Call or text and we will find the soonest slot that works for you and get your job on the schedule.
Do I need to be home during the job?
For organizing, estate, and feng shui work, yes, your decisions are the job, so we plan those together. For straightforward pickups, no: as long as we can access the items, we can handle it and text you photos when it is done.

The hardest part is the first call. We make it easy.

Tell us about the space, honestly, exactly as it is. Book a $75 on-site written estimate, credited in full toward your project when you book within 30 days, and we will confirm your exact price in writing. No judgment, no pressure, no surprises.

The garage is not full of junk. It’s full of your life.

How It Feels
Imagine: the garage door stays down whenever the neighbors are outside, because even looking at what is behind it feels too embarrassing to face.

If that sounds familiar, you are our typical client, not our worst one. The garage becomes the home’s storage unit by accident: every move, every season, every “I’ll deal with it later” lands out there, until the car lives in the driveway and the door stays down.

Here is what most people get wrong about their own garage: very little of it is trash. It is stuff, personal, loved, useful stuff that simply lost its place. Throwing it all away would feel like throwing away the memories attached to it, which is exactly why it has sat there. The answer is not a dumpster. The answer is a careful sort, with you in charge of every single decision.

We work through it together, category by category, at a pace your brain can handle. What you love gets a real home in zones, shelving, and labeled bins. What you are ready to release, and only that, leaves with us the same visit.

The same garage in both photos, the same racks and shelves, sorted with patience instead of dumped in a weekend.

After: the same garage organized, with overhead racks loaded, back shelves sorted, the red tool chest in place, and a clear floor Before: the same garage with boxes, a stroller, and tools covering the floor, its back shelves waiting behind the clutter BeforeAfter
Will you pressure me to throw things away?
Never. Our whole approach starts from the fact that your garage holds things you love. If you are not ready to decide on something, it stays, organized, until you are. Most clients end up releasing more than they expected, but only because the pressure is off, not on.
How long does a garage take?
Most garages are a half day to a full day of sorting and rebuilding, depending on how full they are and how many decisions are in them. Your written estimate covers the whole project, so the clock never pressures your choices.
What if half of it really is junk?
Then we haul that half the same visit, priced inside your project estimate. That mix is the most common garage there is: treasure on one side, a broken treadmill on the other. One crew handles both.

Open the door. We’ll handle what’s behind it.

The rooms you live in should feel like living.

Kitchens, closets, bedrooms, pantries: the rooms you touch every day carry the most emotional weight, because they hold your routines and your memories. We organize them gently, around how you actually live, so the calm lasts longer than a weekend.

How It Feels
Imagine: apologizing before anyone has even walked in, because just writing that first message feels torturous, anxious, embarrassing, all of it at once.

That message is the hardest part of the whole job, and it happens before we ever touch a shelf. If you are reading this page for the third time, working up to it, consider this your answer: you never need to apologize to us. A home that got away from you is not a moral failing. It is what happens when life gets busy, hard, or sad, which is to say, it happens to everyone.

Interior organizing is slower and more personal than garage work. A closet holds the body you have now and the one you remember. A kitchen holds how your family actually eats, not how a magazine says it should. A bedroom should give you rest, and many have quietly become storage with a bed in it. We sort all of it patiently, build simple systems around your real routines, and label what matters, so the order survives ordinary life.

Services · Neon Flow

Feeling stuck at home is a signal.

Nobody books a feng shui consult because of a sofa. They book it because life changed, or refuses to, and the house still looks like the old chapter. We clear what blocks the flow, reset the room, and give the new chapter somewhere to land.

A calm living room corner with a sofa, a plant in a woven basket, and sheer curtains letting in natural light
A room in balance: clear surfaces, living green, soft light, and space to actually sit down. This page is arranged the same way, on purpose.
The Psychology

Why people really call us

Feng shui is an old practice with a very modern reason people reach for it. The word our clients use most is not “energy.” It is “stuck.”

Think about when the urge shows up. After a divorce, when every room still holds the shape of a shared life. After a death, when the house feels frozen at the worst moment. After a job loss or a hard year, when motivation is gone and the clutter quietly confirms the story that nothing is moving. Or before a new chapter, a new home, a marriage, a baby, a business, when you can feel the future coming and the house is not ready for it.

Underneath, the psychology is plain. Your surroundings talk to your brain all day. A blocked doorway, a chair piled with clothes, a corner that became storage: each one is a tiny unfinished task your mind keeps tripping over. Clear the physical blockage and the mental static drops with it. That is not mysticism. That is why a made bed and a clear counter change how a whole day feels.

What clients are actually buying is a sanctioned fresh start: a knowledgeable person walking in, giving them permission to release what the old chapter left behind, and a plan that turns “everything must change” into three calm, doable moves.

Clarity

A room with clear surfaces and a clear path stops arguing with your attention. Decisions get easier, in the room and outside it, because your environment is finally giving your brain one message instead of fifty.

Permission

Letting go of an ex’s things, a parent’s furniture, a former life’s wardrobe is hard to authorize on your own. A consult gives that release a structure, a witness, and a blessing. It is allowed now. That is the gift.

Momentum

One reset room changes how the next room feels, and how the next decision feels. Clients describe it as the stuck season ending. The house moves first, and life follows it out the door.

Wood

Growth and new beginnings. Living plants, vertical shapes, the fresh start made visible.

Fire

Warmth and energy. Light, candles, warm tones, a room that feels awake instead of dim.

Earth

Stability and calm. Natural textures, grounded colors, weight in the right places.

Metal

Clarity and precision. Clean lines, order, surfaces that say exactly what belongs there.

Water

Flow and reflection. Clear paths, moving space, room to breathe and think.

The Balanced Room

What a properly arranged room actually looks like

Forget incense and mirrors for a moment. A balanced room follows a few physical rules you can see and feel the second you walk in.

  • 1

    The command position

The main seat faces the door with a solid wall behind it. You see who enters, nothing startles you, and your nervous system stands down. It is the seat every person instinctively chooses in a restaurant, applied to your living room.

  • 2

    A clear entry

The doorway is the mouth of the room. Boxes, shoes, and storage parked there make the whole home feel unwelcoming before you have even sat down. Entry clear, welcome instant.

  • 3

    An open path

You can cross the room without sidestepping anything. Movement feels easy, so the room gets used for living instead of avoided like an obstacle course.

  • 4

    Light, air, and something living

Natural light unblocked, one healthy plant where it catches your eye. The room reads as alive, and rooms that read as alive lift the people in them.

  • 5

    Nothing broken, nothing blocked

The stuck drawer, the dead plant, the chair buried in clothes: each is a small monument to a postponed decision. Fixing or releasing them is the practice, in one sentence.

Room by Room

A whole life, in one house. Handled like it matters.

Clearing an estate is grief work as much as it is logistics. We move at the family’s pace, set keepsakes and paperwork aside with care, and carry the heavy, practical side so you can focus on what actually matters.

Two movers lifting a green sofa in a bright, emptied room during a home cleanout
How It Feels
Imagine: every object in the house is a decision, every decision hurts, and you keep freezing in the doorways, unable to begin.

That freezing has a name: grief paralysis. A parent’s home is not a property to be cleared, it is forty years of birthdays, holidays, and ordinary Tuesdays, sorted into drawers. Adult children fly in with a deadline from a realtor and a heart that is nowhere near ready, and the two collide in every room.

Our answer is structure and patience. We start with an on-site written estimate, $75 and credited in full toward the project when you book within 30 days, so the logistics stop being a fog. Then we sort room by room, keepsakes, photos, and documents set aside first, never tossed, and family members make the calls at whatever speed grief allows. There is no deadline pressure from us, ever. If a day needs to stop early, it stops.

When the sorting is done, we coordinate donations for the pieces that deserve a next home, haul what is truly finished, and leave the property broom-clean, ready for listing, sale, or its next chapter.

When you’re ready to let it go, we make it easy.

Even junk has a story: the couch from the first apartment, the mattress the kids grew up on. When the decision is made, you point, we lift, and we sweep up behind ourselves. No drama, no damage, no judgment about how long it sat there.

How It Works
Imagine: a year of putting off the call because you did not want anyone to see the garage, and hoping that when you finally make it, nobody makes you feel anything except relieved.

Junk removal sounds simple, and the lifting is. The hard part, for most people, is everything around it: the embarrassment of the state of things, the worry about a price that balloons on the driveway, the neighbor watching from across the street. We designed those worries out. Your price is confirmed in writing before we lift a single thing, priced by how much space your items take in the truck, starting at a $75 minimum.

And what leaves is sorted with a little thought. Usable furniture and goods go toward donation and recycling where it makes sense. Only what is truly done goes to the landfill. Letting go is easier when you know the good pieces land somewhere good.

Junk Removal $75

Minimum to start, priced by volume in the truck after that. Labor, loading, and disposal included, and your exact price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

  • Garage, yard & storage cleanoutsThe whole pile, gone in one visit, swept clean behind us.
  • Donation & recycling firstWhere it makes sense, good pieces get a next home instead of a landfill.
  • The exceptionsHazardous materials like chemicals, paint, and fuel are the only things we cannot take.
Before & After

The full garage cleanout

The same garage in both photos. When a garage is past organizing, this is the reset: everything out, decisions made, floor back.

After: the same garage organized, with overhead racks loaded, back shelves sorted, the red tool chest in place, and a clear floor Before: the same garage with boxes, a stroller, and tools covering the floor, its back shelves waiting behind the clutter BeforeAfter

Not sure if yours is a cleanout or an organizing job? It usually is both. See garage organization, or text us a photo and we will tell you straight.

Point at it. It’s gone.
